Our management team is responsible for all aspects of the mortgage transaction. This includes sourcing mortgages, making lending decisions, negotiating interest rates, instructing lawyers and administering Brookstreet's mortgage portfolio.

Diana Soloway
Co-President and CIO
Diana Soloway, Co-President and CIO: Ms. Soloway has been actively involved in all aspects of the mortgage industry for the past 28 years beginning her career as a mortgage broker followed by a role with TD Bank in their Mortgage Sales Force division. After two years, she was promoted to run the National Mortgage Broker Services department of the TD Bank. Diana worked at Home Capital Group (Home Trust Company). She was responsible for all aspects of sales, relationship management and communication to the mortgage brokers. Diana is a graduate of Western University and CCO and UDP of Brookvest Capital Corporation, a registered EMD with the Ontario Securities Commission.

Monique Thukral
Compliance Manager
Monique began her career in the financial services industry in 2006 and has worked for small and large investment management firms. She has held both back office and client facing roles including Operations Manager, Client Service Manager and Relationship Manager.
She joined Brookstreet in 2022 as Compliance Manager. Monique manages the day-to-day compliance requirements for regulators, investors, and clients of the firm alongside the President, Diana Soloway. Monique holds a B. Comm, Marketing Management from Ryerson University.
